Responsibilities

• Manage posting for two client accounts on a set cadence, including feed posts, reels and stories.
• Handle daily engagement by replying to comments and DMs in each client's brand voice.
• Design carousel posts and email blasts in Canva using each client's brand kit and templates.
• Edit reels with text overlays, sound effects and transitions that match each client's established style.
• Prep print materials and coordinate with vendors during a weekly in-office half day (Wednesday or Thursday). Quality-check every piece before it goes out.
• Contribute ideas on social strategy and how our clients can hit their goals.

Requirements

• Professional experience managing social accounts, whether agency, in-house or serious freelance.
• Working knowledge of Canva, Premiere Pro and Illustrator.
• Strong written communication. You'll be speaking as our clients' brands, so tone matters.
• A sharp eye for visual consistency and the judgment to catch a typo or off-brand graphic before anyone else does.
• Reliable availability for a consistent weekly schedule, including one half day in office.
• Openness to filming with clients occasionally.

Preferred

• Experience in fashion, beauty or real estate marketing, or familiarity with Meta Business Suite, Later or Notion, is a plus.
