Responsibilities

• Leads, mentors and trains the Social Media Pack, overseeing the Facebook, Instagram, YouTube and TikTok teams.
• Receive digital marketing assets and Social Media requests from other Packs in the Rescue; organize, track, delegate and supervise the completion of the project while ensuring cohesive branding, mission and messaging across various channels.
• Stay actively involved in current Rescue operations and needs, ensuring that our social media content accurately reflects and supports the ongoing work of the Rescue.
• Collaborates closely with other Pack Leaders as necessary.
• Creates and maintains social media calendar.

Requirements

• Leadership experience in a remote environment
• Social Media platform management experience
• Ability to handle many different projects and campaigns at once across several teams
• Strong written communication skills with non marketing personnel as well as other marketing branch roles
