Responsibilities

• Manage company social media accounts (Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, etc.)
• Plan and post content, and respond to comments and messages
• Handle customer inquiries and maintain customer relationships by phone, email, and messaging
• Create simple designs such as social media graphics and promotional materials

Requirements

• Fluent in Korean (reading, writing, and speaking) is required, as this role involves daily communication with Korean-speaking clients and creating Korean-language social media content. Fluent English is also required.
• Basic computer skills
• Responsible, organized, and a strong communicator

Preferred

• Experience with design tools such as Canva, Photoshop, or CapCut
• Social media management experience
• Customer service experience
