• Your Mission: Make Sue Famous.
• SueEasy.com is looking for an extraordinary AI-first social media creator, character builder, filmmaker and storyteller to create the personality, world and audience around Sue , the AI face of SueEasy.
• This is not a traditional social media manager role.
• This is not primarily a videographer role.
• We are looking for someone who can combine AI video generation, AI voice, automation, filmmaking and internet-native storytelling to produce compelling social content at extraordinary speed and volume.
• Your job is to build Sue.
• We want Sue to become a recognizable AI personality that millions of people know, follow, duet with, ask questions of and share with friends.
• You Will Build With AI Every Day
• You will be expected to work hands-on with tools including: Runway, OpenAI Sora, ElevenLabs, n8n.
• Take an idea from: Trend → Concept → Script → AI Generation → Voice → Edit → Publish → Analyze → Iterate.

Requirements

• Experience with Runway — AI video generation, visual effects, character development and rapid creative experimentation.
• Experience with OpenAI Sora — generating and iterating cinematic AI video, scenes, characters and visual storytelling.
• Experience with ElevenLabs — developing consistent character voices, narration, multilingual audio and voice-driven content.
• Experience with n8n — building automated creative workflows that connect research, ideation, scripts, assets, production, publishing and analytics.
• Ability to take an idea from: Trend → Concept → Script → AI Generation → Voice → Edit → Publish → Analyze → Iterate with speed.
• Ability to build Sue as a recognizable AI personality with look, voice, and behavior consistency.
• Portfolio demonstrates AI creativity + storytelling judgment.
• Location eligibility: San Francisco Bay Area, California or Phoenix, Arizona; Phoenix-based candidates must be willing to travel regularly to the San Francisco Bay Area.
• Extremely comfortable learning AI tools and capable of becoming highly proficient very quickly.
• Formal training in filmmaking or related fields is a major plus but portfolio matters more than degree.

• Formal training in filmmaking, cinematography, directing, screenwriting, animation or visual storytelling is a major plus.
