Job Summary

Own the daily social cadence by auditing campaigns, maintaining accounts, and supporting content and reporting to lift paid and organic performance across platforms.

  • Social Campaign Support: assist audits, reporting, and optimization of paid social campaigns, while helping with content creation and posting.
  • Operational Cadence: manage daily account maintenance, pacing, and performance sheets for consistent execution.
  • Trend and Collaboration: monitor platform changes, brainstorm creative ideas, and coordinate with team and clients on reviews and brand alignment.

Job Description

Responsibilities

  • The Social Media Coordinator will aid the social team in completing daily social tasks as assigned.
  • As an entry-level position, the Social Media Coordinator will assist the team with auditing, daily maintenance tasks, and campaign support, all while gaining valuable experience in the creation and management of social media campaigns.

  • Assist the paid social team with auditing, reporting, and optimization of paid campaigns.
  • Manage and respond to reviews on social platforms, ensuring a professional and consistent tone.
  • Coordinate with clients in handling negative review responses and providing clear and prompt external communication.
  • Perform daily account maintenance tasks for social media campaigns, and support content creation and posting as needed.
  • Maintain daily pacing and performance sheet for team members.
  • Conduct comprehensive paid social audits to ensure campaigns, targeting, spend, and catalog feeds are operating efficiently and effectively.
  • Support the Social Media Coordinators, Team Lead, and Manager in developing and implementing paid social strategies.
  • Participate in creative content brainstorming and development processes.
  • Monitor social media trends and stay updated with platform capabilities & changes.
  • Support the team in ensuring campaign and brand consistency.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Advertising, Business, or a related field preferred.
  • Strong interest in social media marketing and digital advertising.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Google Sheets.
  • Comfortable learning new software, platforms, and digital marketing tools.
  • Ability to analyze data and identify trends or opportunities for improvement.
  • Professional and customer-focused approach to client communication.
  • Self-motivated, dependable, and eager to learn and grow within a team environment.

Preferred

  • Internship, coursework, or hands-on experience in social media, marketing, advertising, or customer service.
  • Familiarity with major social media platforms, including Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, and LinkedIn.
  • Basic understanding of paid social advertising concepts and metrics.
  • Experience managing online reviews or customer interactions is a plus.
