Job Summary

Own the creation and execution of social-content programs across Instagram, TikTok, and YouTube, turning events, branding, and culture into engaging visuals and video.

Content & Creative: Produce graphics, photos, and videos; appear on camera; plan, shoot, and edit content for campaigns.
Social & Brand Operations: Align with trends, brainstorm engagement ideas, schedule posts, manage merchandise coordination, and vendor relationships.
Events & Collaboration: Attend dental office and company events to capture content and ensure consistent branding across channels.

Job Description

Create engaging content for company social media platforms including Instagram, TikTok, and YouTube
Design graphics and marketing materials for social media, advertisements, events, promotions, and company branding
Assist with graphic design projects for both digital and print materials
Attend company events and dental office locations to capture photo/video content
Be comfortable appearing on camera for videos and social media content
Coordinate and communicate with vendors regarding company merchandise, promotional items, and branded materials
Help manage merchandise orders, inventory, and vendor relationships
Brainstorm fresh ideas to increase social media engagement and brand awareness
Keep up with current social media trends and marketing strategies
Assist with content planning, scheduling, and advertising initiatives

Experience with Instagram, TikTok, and YouTube

Knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite and Photoshop preferred
Experience with graphic design and social media content creation preferred
Spanish speaking preferred
Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Advertising, Graphic Design, Communications, or related field preferred
Certificate in Marketing or Graphic Design preferred
