Job Description

Responsibilities

Build and manage the personal brands of Eric Winegard and select RBM clients
Create complete monthly content strategies across Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, Facebook, and LinkedIn
Film podcasts, interviews, educational videos, behind the scenes content, and social media content
Professionally operate cameras, microphones, lighting, and production equipment
Edit short form videos, long form YouTube videos, podcasts, and promotional content
Turn podcasts and long form recordings into compelling short form content
Develop strong hooks, topics, scripts, titles, captions, thumbnails, and calls to action
Identify powerful stories, opinions, experiences, and business lessons that can become content
Direct talent during filming to capture natural, confident, and engaging performances
Manage content calendars, approvals, publishing, and performance tracking

Requirements

Proven experience building personal brands
Professional filming and video production experience
Strong video editing skills using Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, CapCut, or comparable professional software
Experience setting up cameras, lighting, microphones, and professional audio
A portfolio showing successful short form and long form content
Strong understanding of Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, Facebook, and LinkedIn
Excellent writing, storytelling, and communication skills
Strong understanding of hooks, retention, pacing, thumbnails, titles, and calls to action
Ability to manage multiple brands, deadlines, production schedules, and content calendars
Ability to turn one recording session into weeks of valuable content
