Responsibilities

• Content Creation:
• Plan and execute photo and video shoots at venues, during events, and on-site for Perfect Plain, Garden & Grain, The Well, and our food program
• Edit and produce high-quality, engaging visual content for platforms like Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, and others.
• Stay up-to-date with trends that resonate with our audience
• Caption Writing:
• Write compelling, on-brand captions that reflect our brewery’s voice, highlight our products, events, and promotions, and drive engagement
• Community Engagement:
• Monitor and respond to comments, messages, and mentions in a timely and friendly manner to foster connections

Requirements

• Experience with tools like Adobe Creative Suite (Lightroom, Illustrator, and Photoshop), Canva, or similar design software.
• Ability to use social media platforms like Instagram, Facebook, Bluesky, X, Threads, Tiktok, along with any other relevant apps.
• Knowledge of social media scheduling platforms (Buffer, Later, Hootesuite, etc.)
• Ability to work independently
• Creativity and a “way with words”
• Awareness of/interest in the latest social media trends
• Analytical eye - ability to assess what is working and what tweaks need to be made

Preferred

• Bachelor's (Preferred)
