SOCIAL MEDIA COORDINATOR
On-Site | Full-Time, W2 | 11a-7p Monday-Friday | Starting at $50,000/year
*Local Travel Between Facilities Required*
About the Role You are the voice of AWA and PRC online. As Social Media Coordinator, you develop, implement, and manage our social media strategy to boost brand awareness, engagement, and traffic across Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, and Facebook. This is a creative and strategic role where your content directly supports our mission of serving teens, adults, and families at their most critical moments.

What You'll Do
- Develop, write, and design engaging content including videos, photos, and graphics for various platforms
- Create content calendars, conduct market research, and align social strategy with overall business goals
- Engage with followers by responding to comments and messages, and handle public relations situations as they arise
- Design and produce branded materials including business cards, flyers, brochures, and internal communications
- Use analytical tools to track KPIs, analyze ROI, and refine strategies
- Manage budgets for paid ads and promote social marketing initiatives
What We're Looking For
- 2+ years in social media management, content creation, or brand communications
- Deep understanding of platform nuances across Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, and Facebook
- Proficiency in content creation tools like Canva, CapCut, or Adobe
- Experience producing print and digital branded materials beyond social posts
- Ability to interpret data to adjust campaigns for better results
- Strong copywriting skills with high attention to spelling, grammar, and visual presentation
- Bilingual English and Spanish preferred
