Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Capture authentic moments that highlight players, families, and teammates
  • Build relationships with coaches, players, and staff to uncover stories worth telling
  • Represent the voice, energy, and culture of TOCA across digital platforms
  • Collaborate with marketing and program teams to bring TOCA experiences to life
  • Film high-quality video content across TOCA Centers, events, and programs
  • Edit short-form video for platforms such as TikTok, Instagram Reels, and YouTube Shorts
  • Produce longer-form video content that educates players and showcases TOCA training
  • Create compelling static content including photography, graphics, memes, carousels, and visual storytelling posts
  • Develop educational content such as training tips, player insights, and soccer development content
  • Stay ahead of emerging trends in soccer culture, social storytelling, and platform algorithms

Requirements

  • 2–5 years of experience creating and editing social media content
  • Strong experience filming and editing short-form video content
  • Proficiency with editing tools such as Adobe Premiere, Final Cut, or similar platforms
  • Experience creating static creative including graphics, photography, or social media assets
  • Strong understanding of social media trends, platform algorithms, and digital storytelling
  • Comfortable filming in fast-paced environments and capturing authentic moments
  • Strong creative storytelling skills with an eye for composition, pacing, and narrative

  • Passion for soccer, sports culture, or community storytelling strongly preferred
