  • Manage content across LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, X and future platforms
  • Coordinate with partners and co-marketing initiatives
  • Track metrics and deliver actionable insights

Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Design and produce on-brand graphic assets for social posts, carousels, and campaign content using brand guidelines and tools such as Canva, Adobe Illustrator, and Figma.
  • Write compelling, platform-specific copy that reflects Carbitex's brand voice — technically credible, clear, and engaging across audiences.
  • Produce and edit short-form video content for social media platforms using tools such as CapCut or equivalent.
  • Capture content during material and product testing, including lab sessions in Carbitex's biomechanics lab, to support authentic, behind-the-scenes storytelling.
  • Manage and publish content across LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, X, and future platforms like Reddit.
  • Develop and maintain a multi-platform content calendar aligned with product launches, partner milestones, and industry moments.
  • Engage with online communities through comments, direct messages, and proactive outreach to relevant creators and industry conversations.
  • Track key performance metrics and prepare regular analytics reports with actionable insights.
  • Collaborate with engineering and principal scientist to ensure technical accuracy of all content prior to publication.
  • Coordinate social content efforts with partner brands and support co-marketing initiatives.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
  • Coursework or demonstrated interest in science communication, biomechanics, sports performance, or related technical fields.
  • One to three years of hands-on experience creating social media content — including copywriting, graphic design, and video production — for a brand, company, or agency.
  • Experience in B2B, ingredient branding, sports or performance products, or other technical consumer goods.
  • Strong copywriting skills and the ability to translate complex technical or scientific concepts into clear, engaging content for digital audiences.
  • Proficiency in graphic design tools for social-first formats — candidates should be comfortable building assets from scratch, not just editing templates.
  • Experience producing and editing video content for social media, including short-form formats such as Reels and platform-native video.
  • Self-direction and a builder mindset — this is a newly created role with significant ownership and the opportunity to build systems from the ground up.
  • Strong organizational and project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously.
  • Collaborative approach and openness to technical feedback from subject matter experts.

Preferred

  • Coursework or demonstrated interest in science communication, biomechanics, sports performance, or related technical fields.
  • Experience in B2B, ingredient branding, sports or performance products, or other technical consumer goods.
