Monitor engagement, enquiries and bookings and provide monthly KPI reports

Job Description

Responsibilities

Manage and grow our Instagram and TikTok accounts.
Develop and implement social media growth strategies.
Create high-quality content, including reels, posts, stories and promotional campaigns.
Attend the London clinic to film treatments and create content.
Plan and manage monthly content calendars.
Identify trends and develop creative ideas to increase brand awareness.
Promote our London and New York clinics.
Monitor engagement, enquiries and bookings generated through social media.
Track social media KPIs and provide monthly performance reports.
Work closely with the CEO to develop and execute marketing ideas.

Requirements

Proven experience managing social media accounts for businesses.
Strong portfolio demonstrating previous work and results.
Excellent video editing, content creation and graphic design skills.
Experience growing Instagram and TikTok accounts.
Understanding of social media analytics, KPIs and marketing strategies.
Creative, organised, proactive and able to work independently.
