Responsibilities

• Field Video & Content Creation
• Travel to active painting jobs and capture high-quality video and photography.
• Record before-and-after transformations of homes and properties.
• Capture wide shots of completed homes from a distance to showcase the full transformation.
• Film close-up and detailed footage of painting work.
• Capture satisfying ASMR-style content, including brushing, rolling, spraying, scraping, taping, and other painting sounds.
• Create short-form videos for Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, YouTube, and other platforms.
• Create funny, entertaining, educational, behind-the-scenes, and trend-based videos.
• Interview customers who are comfortable participating in videos.
• Capture customer testimonials and reactions when appropriate.

Requirements

• Live locally, be available to work at our painting job sites, and be able to travel to different local projects as needed.
• Proven experience in social media content creation, management, and marketing across multiple platforms.
• Strong graphic design skills with proficiency in Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator, and other media editing tools.
• Skilled in video editing for short-form videos suitable for social sharing.
• Knowledge of social listening tools and techniques for audience analysis.
• Familiarity with social media analytics platforms such as Google Analytics and native platform insights to monitor performance metrics.
• Ability to craft compelling written content with excellent proofreading skills.
• Experience with social media advertising campaigns on Facebook Advertising or similar platforms.
• Understanding of SEO principles, keyword research, and web analytics for digital marketing performance monitoring.
• Excellent communication skills for effective social media engagement and relationship management.
