Responsibilities

• Content Production (~45%) - Shoot and edit photo and video content for new collections: studio, lifestyle, flat lay, and fabric detail - Edit Reels and short-form video - Design feed posts, stories, and campaign graphics Social Media Management (~25%) - Own the monthly content calendar and publish daily - Manage stories, comments, and DMs with a response time under 2 hours - Track trends, audio, and formats relevant to the Gulf fashion audience Marketing (~20%) - Plan and run paid Meta campaigns on Instagram and Facebook - Coordinate influencer collaborations and seasonal campaigns (Ramadan, Eid, summer, Black Friday) - Write Arabic captions in Gulf dialect and campaign copy Store & Reporting (~10%) - Upload product imagery and banners to Shopify and write product copy - Deliver weekly and monthly performance reports Monthly Output - 12 to 16 Reels - 16 to 20 feed posts - Daily stories - 2 to 3 full shoots - 2 managed ad campaigns

Requirements

• - 2+ years producing content for a fashion or retail brand, in-house or agency
• - A portfolio is required. We cannot assess an application without work samples and the accounts you have managed
• - Strong video editing skills (CapCut, Premiere, or After Effects)
• - Design skills (Canva at a professional level, or Photoshop)
• - Confident shooting on both phone and camera, with a solid grasp of lighting and composition
• - Excellent written Arabic (Gulf dialect for captions) and good English
• - A real eye for fashion and an understanding of the Gulf womenswear market
• - Valid Kuwait residency that is transferable, or Kuwaiti nationality

Preferred

• - Hands-on Meta Ads Manager experience, building campaigns rather than only boosting posts
• - Shopify or e-commerce experience
• - Professional camera experience (Sony or Canon)
• - UGC content and influencer coordination experience
