Responsibilities

• Own social campaigns end-to-end: copy, assets, QA, scheduling.
• Build segments to drive engagement and revenue.
• Provide regular performance reports including clicks, views, conversions, revenue lift, unsubscribes, etc.
• Constantly look for new ways to improve programs through new tech, tools, partners, trends, and best practices.
• Generate, edit, publish and share daily content (original text, images, video or HTML) that builds meaningful connections.
• Moderate all user-generated content in line with policy for each community.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Communications, English, or a related field (or equivalent work experience)
• 1-3 years of marketing or relevant work experience
• Prior work experience utilizing social media accounts on various platforms such as Facebook and Instagram
• Prior work experience with video editing software

Preferred

• A self-motivated, positive, team player eager to join the family.
• Highly organized, attentive, has a sense of urgency, flexible and able to modify tasks with changing priorities
• Proven experience in growing a small business using marketing of social media channels
