Responsibilities

• Work with a fun and openminded company not afraid to push the envelope.
• Create entertaining short-form video content for TikTok, Instagram Reels, Facebook, YouTube Shorts, and LinkedIn
• Film and edit content inside our shop, on mobile service calls, at company events, and wherever something interesting is happening
• Turn everyday moments into content people actually want to watch
• Stay ahead of social trends, sounds, formats, memes, and content styles
• Create original recurring series and concepts unique to PFM
• Showcase our technicians and employees in ways that make them want to participate
• Build our employer brand and help attract badass technicians and other great people
• Develop recruiting campaigns that don’t feel like recruiting ads
• Track what works, what flops, and continuously improve

Requirements

• Has a proven portfolio of successful social media content
• Understands what makes short-form content perform
• Can shoot, edit, write hooks, and tell a story
• Is naturally funny, creative, outgoing, and comfortable around blue-collar personalities
• Can walk into a shop and find 10 pieces of content where everyone else sees a normal workday
• Understands that polished corporate content usually loses to authentic, entertaining content
• Moves fast and doesn’t need someone handing them every idea
• Is comfortable convincing employees to get on camera and making it fun
• Actually spends enough time on TikTok/Reels to understand internet culture
