Job Summary

Own video production and social content creation for a national mental health policy campaign, focusing on punchy video edits, shareable assets, and a P2P driven digital momentum.

  • Video & Creative Ownership: Edit interviews and vertical formats for Reels, TikTok, Shorts to translate policy issues into accessible content.
  • Campaign & Content Ops: Support the national P2P campaign and align content calendars with real voices and audiences.
  • Audience Impact: Amplify messaging for 22 million Americans living with severe mental illness through shareable visuals and clear storytelling.

Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Video Editing & Creation: Cutting raw footage, interviews, and vertical video (Reels, TikTok, Shorts) to make complex policy issues punchy and engaging.
  • Graphic Design: Designing high-quality social media assets, quote cards, and campaign imagery using Canva/CapCut/InShot.
  • P2P & Campaign Marketing: Helping execute our current national Peer-to-Peer (P2P) matching grant campaign and building digital momentum.
  • Content Strategy: Collaborating directly on content calendars to amplify the voices of the 22 million Americans living with severe mental illness.

Requirements

  • Are you a college student or recent graduate looking to break into digital marketing, social media strategy, or video production?
  • Can design and create social media assets using Canva/CapCut/InShot
