About the Role

We’re looking for a Social Media Content Creator to support content creation and execution across several client accounts. This is a contractor role ideal for someone who is both creative and execution-focused, and who enjoys bringing ideas to life through high-quality, engaging content.

While much of the work can be done remotely, this role requires someone based in the Tampa Bay area who can occasionally attend in-person content shoots, capture video and photo content, and support on-site production needs.

What You’ll Do

• Create social media content for platforms such as LinkedIn, Instagram, and TikTok, depending on the client
• Capture photo and video content during in-person shoots (events, offices, brand sessions, etc.)
• Edit short-form video content (Reels, TikToks, LinkedIn clips, etc.)
• Collaborate with our internal team to execute against content calendars and campaign themes
• Repurpose long-form content (blogs, videos, podcasts) into social-ready assets
• Write captions and support post copy aligned with brand voice and messaging
• Stay on top of trends and identify opportunities to create timely, relevant content
• Ensure content is on-brand, high-quality, and aligned with overall marketing strategy

Who We’re Looking For

Content Creation Experience
You have experience creating social media content, including both video and photo, for brands or clients.

Video & Editing Skills
You are comfortable shooting and editing short-form video content using tools like CapCut, Adobe Premiere, Final Cut, or similar.

Creative & Strategic Thinking
You understand what performs on social media and can contribute ideas, not just execute tasks.

Social Platform Knowledge
You’re familiar with content formats and best practices across platforms like LinkedIn, Instagram, TikTok, and YouTube Shorts.

Reliable & Detail-Oriented
You can manage deadlines, follow direction, and ensure content is polished and ready to publish.

Strong Communicator
You collaborate well with a remote team and communicate clearly and proactively.

Tampa Bay-Based
You must be located in the Tampa Bay, FL area and available for periodic in-person content shoots.

Compensation

• Hourly or project-based compensation, depending on experience and scope
