Job Summary

Own content creation and social growth for Monarchs Pretzel Kitchen, shaping scripts, hooks, and on-site content during weekly pop-ups, with a focus on local audience engagement and experiments.

  • Lead content strategy and execution for short-form video
  • Capture on-site content during Sunday pop-ups in Prospect Park
  • Drive social engagement and test approaches to grow the brand

Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute content for Insta/TikTok, including scripts, hooks, etc...
  • Take video/photos on-site during our popup days/kitchen days if you think that would be strong content. Our pop-ups are weekly on Sundays at Prospect Park.
  • Social calendar, community engagement/responses, a/b testing. Open to discussing whatever you think would be best to help us grow.

Requirements

  • We are okay with any experience level as long as we see you understand the basics of how to get the content seen and target a local audience to hopefully convert to customers. Ideally someone who has experience growing a brand, their own or someone else's by content.
  • This person should be able to travel to Prospect Park, Brooklyn, once per week on Sundays.
