Responsibilities

• Manage and execute social media campaigns across Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, and the firm’s website
• Create, schedule, and publish engaging content aligned with firm branding and messaging
• Monitor and respond to inbound messages, comments, and inquiries from both prospective clients and job candidates
• Route qualified leads to the appropriate department (legal intake, recruiting, etc.) for follow-up
• Collaborate with marketing and recruiting teams to support ongoing campaigns and hiring initiatives
• Track and report engagement metrics and campaign performance, providing insights and recommendations for improvement
• Assist with employer branding efforts
• Ensure all messaging reflects the firm’s values and maintains a professional, consistent voice

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
• 3–5 years of marketing experience , with a strong focus on digital and social media
• Hands-on experience managing Meta platforms (Facebook & Instagram) , including campaigns and engagement
• Experience with LinkedIn marketing and professional brand development
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to manage multiple campaigns and priorities simultaneously
• Highly organized, detail-oriented, and self-motivated
• Comfortable communicating with both clients and job candidates in a professional manner
• Experience in a professional services environment (legal, medical, etc.) is a plus

Preferred

• Experience with social media scheduling tools (Hootsuite, Buffer, etc.)
• Basic understanding of paid ads and campaign optimization
• Familiarity with website content updates (WordPress or similar platforms)
• Experience supporting recruiting or employer branding initiatives
• Ability to track, analyze, and report on campaign performance metrics (engagement, conversions, lead flow, etc.)
• Experience creating and presenting marketing reports using tools such as Google Analytics, Meta Business Suite, or similar platforms
