Responsibilities

• Capture photos and short-form videos within the salon environment.
• Develop engaging social media posts including short-form video content and photo-based posts.
• Edit and format visual content using creative editing tools and mobile applications.
• Assist with maintaining an active and consistent presence on social media platforms.
• Promote salon services, stylist work, and behind-the-scenes salon experiences.
• Identify trending formats, sounds, and ideas that can be adapted into salon-related content.
• Support general digital marketing efforts and brand awareness initiatives.

Preferred

• Experience creating content for social media platforms.
• Familiarity with editing tools such as Canva, CapCut, Lightroom, or similar apps.
• Understanding of current trends on major social media platforms.
• Basic knowledge of marketing or brand promotion strategies.
• Strong creativity, organization, and the ability to work independently.
• Interest in beauty, hair, fashion, or lifestyle content.
• Additional plus: Comfortable appearing in or directing video content when needed.
