Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Assist in managing the social media presence for the Green Bay Packers’ official accounts, including TikTok, Instagram, X, Facebook, Snapchat, Threads, and YouTube.
  • Collaborate within Digital & Social team to create eye-catching graphics, engaging video, and images that align with the team's brand and messaging.
  • Contribute to brainstorming, content creation, planning, and scheduling across all social media platforms.
  • Help devise and execute upon international marketing strategy, targeting any key markets identified by the organization.
  • Develop and execute creative content strategies that drive fan engagement and loyalty across digital and social platforms.
  • Assist with our Influencers strategy and implementation and other NFL initiatives.
  • Stay on top of trends and suggest creative ideas for engaging followers.
  • Provide support for event coverage (including Packers games) with the ability to quickly produce high-quality work.
  • Utilize social media analytics tools to generate performance reports and evaluate the effectiveness of social media campaigns.
  • Conduct ongoing competitive analysis of the social space.
  • Assist with managing live streams of press conferences and other live events.
  • Aid in executing paid social media campaigns.

Requirements

  • Undergraduate degree (preferably in graphic design, journalism, or a communications field).
  • A minimum of two years of experience with digital media, video production, or digital creative direction.
  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, including Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro, and After Effects (or related software).
  • Strong understanding of editing short-form, social-first video content.
  • Robust knowledge of social media platforms, trends, and best practices.
  • Exhibit strong written and communication skills, tailored to the unique nuances of each social platform.
  • Excellent project management and organizational skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
  • Availability to work extended hours, weekends, and holidays as needed, depending on game schedule and events.

Preferred

  • Passion for sports, particularly the NFL, is a significant plus.
  • Knowledge of the Green Bay Packers’ organization, the NFL, and football is a plus.
