Job Description
Responsibilities
- Create, post, and schedule engaging social media content across Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, LinkedIn, Etc.
- Create graphics, short-form videos, Reels, Stories, photography, and captions
- Capture customer delivery photos and video testimonials
- Bring fresh ideas and strategies to help grow our followers, engagement, and online presence
- Monitor content performance and stay current with social media trends
- Engage with customers and help create a welcoming, personalized dealership experience
- Assist with customer deliveries, dealership events, promotions, and special initiatives
- Coordinate content and marketing needs with dealership departments and outside partners
- Assist with website updates, digital promotions, signage, and other brand-related projects as needed
Requirements
- Creative, personable, organized, and self-motivated
- Strong knowledge of social media platforms and content creation
- Comfortable creating and editing photos and short-form videos
- Familiarity with Canva or similar design tools
- Excellent communication and customer-service skills
- Solution-oriented and resourceful, with the ability to take initiative
- Comfortable independently learning new tools or processes when needed
- Able to manage multiple responsibilities and follow projects through to completion
- Motivated to bring new ideas and actively help grow our social media following
