Job Summary

Own the storytelling engine across video, written, and visual content that fuels brand, employer branding, and executive messaging, with a lens on authentic internal stories, multi‑channel repurposing, and aligning with internal teams.

Content Ownership: Build and manage behind the scenes and on camera storytelling for social, YouTube, and campaigns, from concept to final cut.
Brand & People Narrative: Capture employee experiences, customer and partner stories, and thought leadership that reinforce Prosperity values.
Multi‑Channel Craft: Create content that scales across platforms and aligns messaging with internal priorities and campaigns.

Job Description

Responsibilities: Create engaging behind the scenes and on-camera content for social media, YouTube, digital marketing campaigns, and other communication channels.
Responsibilities: Produce short-form video content from concept through final edit.
Responsibilities: Capture authentic stories featuring employees, leaders, mortgage consultants, customers, referral partners, and community involvement.
Responsibilities: Conduct interviews and create written, video, and visual content that reflects the Prosperity brand.
Responsibilities: Capture both behind-the-scenes and on-camera content at company events, branch locations, and community activities.
Responsibilities: Support company brand awareness initiatives through compelling digital storytelling.
Responsibilities: Create content that elevates executive thought leadership and organizational messaging.

Requirements: You must include links to your portfolio, webpage, and social media accounts that demonstrate your online skills and experience.
Requirements: Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, Digital Media, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
Requirements: Two or more years of experience creating digital content, social media content, or multimedia marketing materials.
Requirements: Experience filming, editing, and producing professional video content.
Requirements: Exceptional storytelling, interviewing, and communication skills.
Requirements: Strong video production and editing experience.
Requirements: Excellent writing and content development abilities.
Requirements: Creative eye for photography, video composition, and visual storytelling.
Requirements: Ability to build relationships and comfortably interact with employees, executives, customers, and business partners.
Requirements: Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines.

Preferred: Experience with photography or podcast production.
Preferred: Experience supporting employer branding or recruiting initiatives.
Preferred: Experience working in a corporate marketing or communications environment.
Preferred: Familiarity with content repurposing and multi-channel content strategies.
