Responsibilities

• Monitor social listening tools to track social media campaigns and monitor readers' and listeners' feedback; respond promptly to comments and messages to foster community engagement.
• Implement SEO best practices and keyword research techniques to optimize content visibility and reach targeted audiences effectively.
• Support relationship management initiatives by engaging with influencers, partners, and customers to strengthen community ties.

Requirements

• Good working knowledge of MS WORD, POWERPOINT, ADOBE ACROBAT, WORDPRESS, HOSTING SERVICES, POSTING NEW CONTENT, BLOGS, PODCASTS, CHAT GROUPS, AI TRANSLATION ENGINES, ENGAGING READERS AND LISTENERS INCOMING EMAIL COMMUNICATION.
• Excellent knowledge of the primary social media platforms for integrating content and establishing followers on Instagram, YouTube, Reddit, Facebook, TikTok, Linkedin, X.
• Good bilingual verbal and written skills. Understands FIDELITY quality from one language to another, and basic conversational aptitude in English-Spanish. A native Spanish speaker is fine. Two years of high-school proficiency in Spanish is required. College-level Spanish-English proficiency would be a big plus, but not required.
