Responsibilities

• Welcome and check in patients
• Answer phones, respond to inquiries, and assist with scheduling
• Help convert inquiries and consultations into booked appointments when appropriate
• Provide administrative and front desk support
• Capture and post engaging social media content
• Assist with marketing campaigns and promotions *Educate patients about treatment services and membership*
• Maintain a clean, professional, and welcoming front desk environment

Requirements

• Experienced with social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook) and comfortable creating engaging content (required)

Preferred

• Canva or other basic design skills.
• Comfortable creating or editing short-form video content using tools such as CapCut

Benefits

• Salary Range: $20/hour – $25/hour, based on experience (higher range considered for strong candidates)
