Job Summary

Own multi‑platform social content, driving engagement through short‑form video, captions, and active community management for a non profit audience.

  • Content ownership: publish day‑to‑day posts across Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, LinkedIn, and X and manage assets.
  • Engagement and optimization: craft captions, monitor trends, track performance, and make content improvements.
  • Collaboration and governance: coordinate content collection, oversee campaigns, and uphold brand voice across channels.

Responsibilities

  • Growth Infrastructure: Set up and manage day‑to‑day social content across Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, LinkedIn, and X.
  • Content Engine: Develop engaging captions and promotional messaging aligned with campaign goals.
  • Content Operations: Coordinate and oversee content collection and maintain content libraries and assets.
  • Video Production: Edit and produce short‑form video content for social and digital channels.
  • Community Management: Engage with audiences, respond to comments and messages across platforms.
  • Campaign Performance: Track social metrics and provide optimization recommendations.
  • Brand Stewardship: Maintain brand voice and guidelines across all digital communications.
  • Project Delivery: Manage multiple projects and deadlines independently while collaborating with stakeholders.
  • Trends & Optimization: Monitor trends to identify opportunities for awareness and engagement.
  • Additional duties: Perform other duties and special projects as assigned.
