Responsibilities

• You’ll manage approximately 13–15 client accounts, communicate directly with clients, and own the content process from concept through posting.
• You’ll create content across Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, TikTok and YouTube, including Reels, TikToks, YouTube Shorts, carousels, long-form videos, mashups, B-roll and polished promotional content.
• This role also includes filming client content when needed, appearing on camera for certain client accounts, editing, writing copy and posting content

Requirements

• At least 1 year of experience managing social media for businesses
• excellent English writing skills
• strong teamwork and client communication skills
• South Florida residency
• ability to share examples of Reels/content you’ve personally created
• highly proficient in CapCut
• Adobe Premiere Pro is a plus
• You should be skilled in transitions, music, voiceovers—including using your own voice—face tuning and natural video enhancement
• strong eye for spacing, balance, typography, visual hierarchy and intentional framing, including knowing when CAPITAL LETTERS work and when they don’t
• Closed captions must always be accurate
