Responsibilities

• Own the daily execution of Loci's social presence: content, publishing, community engagement, and reporting. Turn product knowledge and audience questions into clear, engaging posts that earn attention and trust.
• Plan and maintain a focused content calendar with Marketing, aligned with product releases and audience interests.
• Write platform-appropriate posts and create short videos, screen recordings, simple graphics, and product demonstrations.
• Publish accurately, check links and formatting, and maintain a consistent brand voice.
• Respond thoughtfully to comments and messages, escalate support issues, and bring recurring questions back to the team.
• Build relationships with relevant communities and creators through useful participation.
• Test formats and topics, report on meaningful engagement and qualified traffic, and use results to improve the next round of content.
• Build a sustainable publishing rhythm, establish a recognizable voice, and identify repeatable content formats that attract relevant people and answer real questions.
• Bring a few posts or videos you made and explain what you learned from their performance.

Requirements

• Strong writing and editing, visual judgment, and practical short-form video skills.
• A portfolio showing content you created and accounts or communities you helped manage.
• Good instincts for conversation, timing, audience needs, and when an issue needs escalation.
• Familiarity with publishing tools, analytics, content workflows, and basic link tracking.
• Accuracy when explaining AI and privacy; careful handling of account access and private messages.
• Initiative, dependable execution, and the ability to create good work with a small budget.
