Responsibilities

• - Serve as the main point of contact for an assigned roster of client accounts, building real relationships built on trust and responsiveness
• - Source, create, schedule, and manage social content across client accounts, from concept to posting
• - Design graphics and produce reels that reflect each client's brand and voice
• - Monitor and respond to client messages, comments, and notifications in a timely manner, keeping engagement active and on brand
• - Use analytics and reporting tools to evaluate performance and guide strategy going forward
• - Make sure posts are scheduled at least two weeks ahead
• - Attend in person content shoots and client events as needed
• - Plan, lead, and execute in-person content shoots, ensuring all required photo and video assets are captured efficiently and aligned with the content strategy
• - Represent BWC's voice and standards in every client interaction
• - Bring local market knowledge to client strategy conversations

Requirements

• - Strong customer service instincts and a genuine desire to make clients feel taken care of, even when handling a tough message or a tight deadline
• - 2+ years of hands on experience managing social media for a business, brand, or agency
• - A strong sense of creativity and a desire to see others grow, both your clients and your teammates
• - Savvy with Canva and CapCut. We will train you on HeyOrca, our scheduling system
• - Local market knowledge and a feel for the community your clients serve
• - Availability to monitor and respond to messages daily from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM, seven days a week, plus some weekend hours as part of the regular workflow
• - Proficiency in capturing high-quality photo and video content using iPhone and camera equipment, with a strong understanding of framing, lighting, and social media best practices.
• - Strong writing skills, organization, and a calm, solutions oriented approach under pressure
