Responsibilities

Develop and execute strategic social media plans for client accounts
Brainstorm content concepts and create detailed shot lists
Lead and direct content production during client shoots
Edit engaging short-form video content and supporting creative assets
Write compelling social media copy and optimize content for each platform
Schedule, publish, and manage content calendars
Communicate directly with clients and manage revisions
Maintain project organization while ensuring deadlines are consistently met

Requirements

Professional experience managing social media for brands or businesses (1 year experience minimum)
Strong understanding of social media strategy and current platform trends
Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, CapCut, and short-form video editing
Excellent organizational, communication, and time management skills
Comfortable leading client-facing content shoots
A proactive mindset with strong attention to detail and a passion for creative marketing
