Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Strategize and execute organic content and paid media across social channels
  • Capture and create photo and video content in-studio
  • Launch and manage TikTok Shop (setup, merchandising, product tagging)
  • Support and maintain social ecommerce
  • Build and manage a cape saltie.com Regional and CPG Affiliate Program
  • Manage links, codes, and basic affiliate tracking
  • Identify, onboard, and work with creators and partners aligned with the brand
  • Monitor paid social media performance across social, commerce, and affiliate channels
  • Engage with the community through comments, DMs, and interactions
  • Support content and coordination for community events and partnerships
  • Plan and create content that supports both product sales and overall brand growth
  • Manage content merchandising and partner management and performance tracking

Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience in social media, content, or digital marketing
  • Strong understanding of Instagram, TikTok, and short-form video
  • Comfortable creating content (photo/video + advanced editing skills)
  • Organized and detail-oriented (especially with links, codes, and tracking)
  • Able to manage your own workflow and take ownership of projects
  • Interested in wellness, beauty, and product-driven brands

Preferred

  • Experience with TikTok Shop, e-commerce, or affiliate marketing
  • Strong editing skills (advanced editing)
