About the Initiative
So Fresh & So Clean Haircuts 4 Youth is a community initiative established in 2025 dedicated to exposing young men to successful Black professionals and positive male role models. Through mentorship, professional development workshops, and community engagement, we aim to cultivate distinguished young men—one haircut at a time.
Our events connect students with barbers, entrepreneurs, college graduates, and trade professionals who share real-life insights about success, discipline, and opportunity.

Role Overview
We are seeking Event Facilitators who are passionate about mentorship, leadership, and community development. Facilitators help lead and support workshops designed to build confidence, professionalism, and career awareness among young men.
Facilitators may guide discussions, assist with workshop activities, or share personal career experiences that inspire youth to pursue excellence.

Workshops You May Help Facilitate
Barbershop Talk
Open conversations with young men about career paths, entrepreneurship, college opportunities, and life lessons.
The Interview
Interactive skits and mock interviews teaching young men how to present themselves professionally and communicate with confidence.
Tie-Tying Workshop
A hands-on session where young men learn how to tie a tie alongside their peers while discussing the importance of presentation and self-respect.
