The award-winning Willowood Care Center, located in Brunswick, OH, is seeking an experienced and results-driven Marketing Director to join our team. Situated on a picturesque, park-like property, Willowood Care Center has consistently earned recognition as a CMS Five-Star Facility year after year, a testament to our commitment to excellence.
Duties:

• Build and maintain strong relationships with area hospitals, physicians, assisted living facilities, and other referral sources.
• Collaborate with the Internal Admissions Director to review referrals and conduct on-site evaluations to ensure proper fit for the facility.
• Identify community needs for clinical programs and develop targeted marketing strategies.
• Drive program development, including physician recruitment for specialty programs.
• Represent Willowood Care Center at community events, healthcare expos, and networking opportunities.
• Utilize Microsoft Office and other relevant tools for reporting and communication.
  

Qualifications:
We are seeking a highly motivated individual who meets the following qualifications:

• Experience in Skilled Nursing Facilities (SNF) or Long-Term Care (LTC) is required. Candidates without this experience will not be considered.
• A minimum of 2 years of experience in marketing, preferably in healthcare settings.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills, including the ability to identify clinical program needs and develop targeted marketing strategies.
• Proven ability to drive program development and physician recruitment for specialty programs.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other relevant software.
