Job Description

Responsibilities

Own our on-site merchandising and storytelling strategy: building and maintaining homepage, collection, interstitial, and PLP banner content, plus Top Nav and Visual Nav
Optimize product visibility and discoverability, managing ranking algorithms, boosts/buries, and product features
Lead promotions end-to-end: planning, Shopify scheduling, and launch execution
Turn site and promo analytics (Google Analytics, Microsoft Clarity) into insights and recurring reports for stakeholders
Keep product data clean and aligned across Merchandising, Planning & Inventory, Leadership, CRM, and agency partners

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field
2–5+ years in eCommerce or digital marketing
Experience with Google Analytics, Microsoft Clarity, or similar tools
Familiarity with CMS/search platforms and Shopify
Sharp analytical skills and comfort juggling multiple projects at once
