Scenergy Dating LLC, DBA The Dating Doc, is the premier dating service for singles seeking an alternative solution through social events and expert coaching. The company has become the destination for quality singles that have become increasingly exhausted by "swipe" culture and seek to humanize the experience of connection.

The Dating Doc also produces dynamic content which promotes a combination of education and entertainment over all social media platforms. The company primarily operates in the San Antonio, TX area and provides coaching and counseling for clients nationwide.

The Dating Doc is currently seeking qualified event coordinators to assist in the expansion of social events in the McAllen, TX (RGV) area.

Title: Lead Event Coordinator

Role: The lead event coordinator is primarily responsible for the planning and coordination of upcoming events by interfacing with established partner venue and establishments. Additionally, the lead event coordinator is responsible for the overall hosting of select events for singles to include: managing paid participant roster, engaging with attendees, explaining the selected icebreaker, and other event related tasks.

Compensation: $25-$40 an hour which will be paid 4-5 days after an event. Coordinators will receive a minimum of 3 hours of pay per event (even if event concludes in less than three hours). Coordinators will also be compensated weekly for any administrative/logistical tasks (e.g. meeting with venue management, marketing, finding new venues, etc).

Training: Event coordinator will receive a minimum of 2 hours, but not to exceed 10, of in person training by an experienced event coordinator. This will include an event script, roleplaying scenarios, and reviewing tasks.

Job Type: Contract

Pay: $25.00 - $40.00 per hour
