Job Description
Responsibilities
- Use energetic and clear movements to wave signs that attract attention and convey promotional messages
- Maintain high visibility and enthusiasm throughout shifts to engage passersby effectively
- Follow specific signage instructions and branding guidelines to ensure message consistency
- Set up and break down signs at designated locations efficiently and safely
- Interact politely with the public, answer basic questions about the promotion or event when appropriate
- Coordinate with team members to ensure smooth operation during busy periods
- Keep signs clean, organized, and in good condition for maximum impact
Requirements
- Strong physical stamina to stand for extended periods and perform active waving motions
- Excellent communication skills with a friendly, approachable demeanor
- Ability to follow instructions precisely and adhere to safety protocols
- Positive attitude with high energy levels that can motivate others around you
- Reliable punctuality and professionalism in appearance and conduct
- Basic understanding of promotional messaging or willingness to learn brand-specific details
Preferred
- Prior experience in public-facing roles or event promotion is a plus but not required
