Responsibilities

• Hold promotional signs confidently at retail events, sports venues, festivals, and outdoor fairs to attract foot traffic and generate interest.
• Interact with crowds by greeting customers, providing information about products or services, and answering basic questions to enhance engagement.
• Distribute promotional materials such as flyers or samples to passersby to boost brand visibility.
• Assist with street marketing initiatives by setting up signage displays and ensuring they are prominently visible.
• Represent the brand professionally at conventions, conferences, charity events, concerts, festivals, and corporate gatherings.
• Maintain a positive attitude while working outdoors in various weather conditions and ensure safety protocols are followed.

Requirements

• Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to greet customers warmly and provide clear information.
• Comfortable working outdoors for extended periods while managing signage confidently.
• Enthusiastic personality with a proactive approach to attracting attention and creating a lively atmosphere.
• Ability to follow safety guidelines and adapt to different event environments.

Preferred

• Prior sign holding experience at retail events, sports games, conventions, outdoor fairs, charity events, concerts, festivals, or corporate functions is highly desirable.
• Experience in crowd interaction activities such as dancing or engaging audiences is a plus.
• Previous experience distributing promotional materials or engaging in street marketing campaigns is advantageous.
