Walker Drawas is seeking a Showroom Logistics Assistant to join our Los Angeles showroom in support of our Celebrity and VIP team. This role is a full-time, on-site role and reports directly to the Showroom Logistics Associate and is key in managing day-to-day logistics for client inventory, celebrity dressing, product seeding, influencer gifting, and showroom operations.

The ideal candidate is highly organized, detail-oriented, and proactive, with a strong work ethic and a positive, professional attitude. Excellent communication skills are essential for working with both clients and internal teams. Prior experience in retail or logistics is preferred, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, ever-evolving environment is a must.

Roles + Responsibilities

• Learn and utilize Fashion GPS for sample tracking and inventory management
• Manage all incoming and outgoing shipments including ground send-outs and returns: track, process, pack, unpack and inventory
• Maintain accurate, up-to-date inventory records across all clients and programs
• Monitor and log all sample trafficking activity in a timely and organized manner
• Provide general administrative support to the office and VIP team
• Assist in maintaining the overall appearance and organization of the showroom and product displays
• Collaborate with the Showroom and VIP teams on visual merchandising and showroom floor presentation
• Provide onsite support during client events and experiential activations

Qualifications

• Prior experience in retail, showroom logistics, or a similar environment preferred
• Strong organizational skills and an eye for detail
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Proactive self-starter with a resourceful, team-oriented attitude
• Proven ability to multitask and adapt in a fast-paced, ever-changing environment
• Ability to lift, move, and organize garment racks, boxes, and packages as needed, and to work on-site throughout the week.
• Familiarity with Fashion GPS, Microsoft Office, Google Suite, and Canva is a plus

Starting Salary: $45,000 + benefits
