Responsibilities

• Managing Social Media accounts to build our online presence
• Provide support for marketing efforts, including social media updates and promotional materials.
• Greet and assist walk-in customers in the showroom, providing basic product information and directing them to sales staff as needed.
• Answer and direct phone calls, emails, and inquiries in a professional manner.
• Schedule appointments for sales consultations and installations.
• Maintain showroom cleanliness and organization, ensuring samples and displays are well-presented.
• Process customer orders, invoices, and payments.
• Assist with administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and inventory tracking.
• Coordinate with vendors, installers, and sales representatives to ensure smooth operations.

Requirements

• Must able to work Monday through Friday
• Previous experience in a receptionist, administrative, or customer service role preferred.
• Previous experience with managing Instagram and various other social media accounts preferred
• Knowledge of window treatments or interior design is a plus but not required.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and ability to learn showroom management software.
• Ability to multitask and stay organized in a fast-paced environment.
• Professional appearance and positive attitude.
• Ability to commute to Syosset, NY 11791 (Required)
