Own and optimize multi-channel paid advertising and SEO programs to drive qualified traffic, improve ROAS, and grow multi-channel revenue, collaborating with marketing and sales.
Job Description
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute a comprehensive paid advertising strategy across multiple sales channels.
- Increase qualified traffic, conversion rates, and profitable revenue.
- Optimize advertising budgets to maximize return on investment.
- Improve organic search rankings and product visibility.
- Identify underperforming campaigns and eliminate wasted advertising spend.
- Develop strategies to grow sales without relying heavily on discounts.
- Provide clear weekly performance reports and actionable recommendations.
- Collaborate with our internal marketing and sales teams to accelerate growth.
Requirements
- Shopify: Extensive experience with Google Ads, Google Shopping, Performance Max, Meta Ads, retargeting, conversion tracking, and Shopify SEO.
- Amazon: Advanced knowledge of Amazon Sponsored Products, Sponsored Brands, Sponsored Display, advertising optimization, keyword research, listing optimization, and Amazon SEO.
- Target Plus: Experience with Target Plus marketplace operations, product listing optimization, product visibility, and applicable advertising or promotional opportunities.
- Faire: Strong understanding of wholesale marketplace growth, Faire advertising and promotional tools, product discoverability, and retailer acquisition.
- SEO: Proven expertise in technical SEO, keyword strategy, product page optimization, content development, and organic traffic growth.
- Analytics: Proficiency with GA4, Google Merchant Center, Google Search Console, marketplace reporting, ROAS, CAC, conversion rates, and profitability analysis.
- Minimum 5 years of hands-on e-commerce advertising experience preferred.
- Demonstrated success managing advertising campaigns for established product brands.
- Strong Shopify and Amazon advertising expertise is essential.
- Experience with Target Plus and Faire is highly desirable.
