Duties

• Supervise daily store operations, including opening and closing procedures, to ensure smooth and efficient functioning during your shift.
• Lead, motivate, and develop team members through effective training, coaching, and performance management strategies.
• Oversee customer service interactions to guarantee high satisfaction levels by resolving issues promptly and professionally.
• Manage inventory control, stock replenishment, merchandising, and pricing to maximize sales opportunities and minimize shrinkage.
• Handle cash handling responsibilities such as cashiering, payroll processing, bookkeeping, and balancing registers accurately.
• Coordinate with purchasing teams for inventory management, ordering supplies, and maintaining optimal stock levels.
• Utilize POS systems for sales transactions, returns, exchanges, and data entry while ensuring operational compliance.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in retail management or supervisory roles within the retail industry sales team management environment.
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to supervise teams effectively and foster a collaborative work culture.
• Excellent communication skills; bilingual or multilingual abilities are a plus for engaging diverse customer bases.
• Demonstrated proficiency in retail math, cash handling, inventory management, and POS systems.
• Experience in employee orientation, interviewing, recruiting, training & development to build high-performing teams.
• Knowledge of retail operations including merchandising, pricing strategies, store management, and marketing initiatives.
• Ability to manage time efficiently in a fast-paced setting while maintaining attention to detail in bookkeeping and administrative tasks.
