Own and drive end-to-end marketing, sales engagement, and project coordination efforts to create new business opportunities and ensure successful client projects.
Job Description
Responsibilities
- Develop and implement targeted marketing strategies to generate new business opportunities and increase brand awareness within the community.
- Coordinate restoration projects from initial client consultation through project completion, ensuring timely delivery and quality standards are met.
- Utilize CRM software, including Salesforce Cloud and other sales automation technologies, to track leads, manage customer interactions, and streamline sales processes.
- Conduct consultative sales conversations to understand client needs, present tailored solutions, and close deals effectively.
- Maintain excellent communication with clients via phone, email, and in-person meetings to ensure high levels of customer service and satisfaction.
- Collaborate with internal teams to enhance overall project coordination efficiency.
Requirements
- Strong negotiation skills with the ability to influence decision-makers confidently.
- Proven experience in technology sales or technical sales environments, especially within B2B (business-to-business) contexts.
- Proficiency in CRM systems such as Salesforce or similar platforms; familiarity with Salesforce Cloud is highly desirable.
- Excellent communication skills—both verbal and written—with an emphasis on client engagement and relationship building.
- Experience with sales automation technologies and CRM software to optimize sales efforts and track performance metrics.
- Customer service-oriented mindset combined with strong organizational skills for project coordination tasks.
Preferred
- Familiarity with Salesforce Cloud is highly desirable
