Job Summary
The role owns end-to-end SEO strategy and performance across multiple sites, driving traffic, visibility, and conversions through technical optimization, content collaboration, and data-driven initiatives.
- Develop and maintain quarterly SEO roadmaps aligned with business goals and marketing objectives.
- Identify and act on opportunities from performance data, audits, and keyword research to improve organic traffic and conversions.
- Collaborate with content, development, analytics, and marketing teams to implement improvements and measure impact.

Responsibilities
- SEO strategy and performance
- Develop and maintain quarterly SEO roadmaps aligned with business and marketing objectives.
- Monitor organic search performance and identify opportunities to improve qualified traffic, visibility, and conversions.
- Report on results, progress against goals, and the business impact of implemented initiatives.
- Technical SEO and website optimization
- Audit websites for technical issues affecting crawling, indexing, site structure, and organic performance.
- Partner with developers to implement SEO best practices and validate website changes.
- Manage and prioritize technical and on-page SEO improvements across multiple websites.
- Keyword research and content strategy
- Conduct keyword and competitor research to identify content gaps and organic growth opportunities.
