Responsibilities

• Deliver high-quality SEO content and optimizations on time
• Maintain consistency in brand voice and SEO best practices
• Demonstrate proactive problem-solving and initiative
• Collaborate effectively across teams and stakeholders
• Research and identify SEO opportunities within skilled nursing, post-acute care, and rehabilitation services
• Create high-quality, SEO-optimized blog content targeting patients, families, and healthcare referral partners
• Ensure all content aligns with brand voice, tone, and healthcare compliance standards
• Implement keyword strategy, internal linking, and structured headings to improve search visibility
• Develop SEO-optimized copy for new service and informational pages across facility websites
• Structure content to align with search intent and improve readability and engagement

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, related field or equivalent experience
• 2-4 years of hands-on SEO experience
• Experience with on-page SEO, content optimization, and keyword research
• Familiarity with SEO tools such as BrightEdge, SEMrush, Screaming Frog, or similar
• Experience with Google Analytics and Google Search Console
• Basic understanding of technical SEO concepts and website structure
• Experience working in CMS platforms (WordPress preferred)
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Experience in healthcare, senior living, or multi-location SEO environments
