Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end organic growth for fintech/trading brand across SEO and AEO, audits, and Core Web Vitals with a focus on AI answer visibility.
• Partner with Content and Web teams to ensure new pages, blog posts, and landing pages are built to rank and get cited from day one.
• Own competitive analysis across traditional search and AI answer engines and turn findings into action.
• Manage link-building and digital PR to grow domain authority and third-party citations.
• Track and report on organic performance (rankings, AI citations, traffic, conversions) and tie it to business impact.
• Stay ahead of search algorithm changes and the shift toward AI-mediated discovery.

Requirements

• A track record of growing organic traffic and rankings, ideally in fintech, trading, or a competitive/regulated industry
• Working knowledge of AEO/GEO — how content gets surfaced and cited by AI models, not just how it ranks on Google
• Strong technical SEO chops: you can read a crawl report and prioritize fixes without needing a developer to translate it for you
• Comfort with SEO tooling (Ahrefs, Semrush, Google Search Console, GA4, or similar)
• Sharp content instincts: you know what makes a page both rank/get cited and actually convert
• Genuine interest in trading, markets, or prop firm culture
• Speed without sacrificing rigor in a fast-moving, high-volume environment
• Comfort with ambiguity and shifting priorities in a small, fast-scaling company
• A thrive-in-chaos mindset and energy for a small, fast-paced team where the best idea wins

Preferred

• Experience in fintech, trading, or another regulated/competitive SEO vertical
• Hands-on experience optimizing content for AI citation with results to show
• Track record of link-building or digital PR that moved real domain authority
• Technical background (HTML/CSS familiarity, structured data/schema, or working with developers on implementation)
