Responsibilities

• Follow detailed instructions and workflows provided through the company’s proprietary AI systems.
• Complete assigned SEO tasks accurately, thoroughly, and within established deadlines.
• Review AI-generated instructions and outputs for completeness, consistency, and obvious errors.
• Conduct keyword research and organize keyword data according to established processes.
• Assist with on-page SEO activities, including updating page titles, meta descriptions, headings, internal links, and other website content.
• Upload, format, and optimize website content using the company’s content management systems.
• Perform quality-control checks before changes or content are published.
• Track assignments, document completed work, and maintain accurate records.
• Monitor basic SEO performance metrics and prepare reports using established templates.
• Identify unclear, conflicting, or incomplete instructions and escalate questions rather than making unsupported assumptions.

• Basic proficiency with computers, spreadsheets, and web-based platforms.

Preferred

• Familiarity with SEO concepts, keyword research, or content optimization.
• Experience using content management systems such as WordPress.
• Experience working with spreadsheets, project-management platforms, or analytics tools.
• Experience in a process-driven, quality-control, data-entry, research, or administrative role.
