What You'll Do: Be a client champion: You'll be the primary point of contact for our clients, providing timely and helpful support through email, live chat, and phone calls. Solve problems: You'll troubleshoot technical issues, answer questions about our products, and offer guidance on SEO best practices. Educate and empower: You'll translate complex SEO concepts into simple, actionable advice. You'll create and update support documentation to help clients find answers on their own. Collaborate with the team: You'll work closely with our product and IT teams to escalate bugs and champion new features that improve the client experience. What We're Looking For: Excellent communication skills: You must be able to write and speak clearly, empathetically, and persuasively. You can explain technical topics to both beginners and intermediates. A strong understanding of SEO: You should have a solid grasp of core SEO concepts, including on-page optimization, link building, keyword research, and technical SEO. A passion for helping people: You enjoy interacting with clients and are driven to resolve their issues and help them succeed. Problem-solving skills: You're a natural at figuring out how things work and finding creative solutions to challenges.
