Responsibilities

• Diagnose growth opportunities by analyzing industry trends, customer journeys, and competitive positioning.
• Develop data-informed strategies that connect marketing, sales, and product initiatives to business objectives.
• Design strategic operating roadmaps with actionable initiatives across SEO, content, email, and other marketing channels.
• Develop strategies focused on measurable return on investment (ROI).
• Advise client leadership on long-term brand positioning and business model alignment.
• Apply AI-driven insights to improve decision-making, campaign performance, and strategic planning.
• Partner with internal cross-functional teams to support effective execution of strategic roadmaps.
• Monitor results and continuously refine strategies based on performance.
• Ensure strategic initiatives remain aligned with client business outcomes.
• Collaborate directly with client executives and leadership teams.

Requirements

• 3–7 years of experience in strategy, consulting, or marketing leadership roles.
• Strong understanding of business fundamentals, including:

• Strong analytical skills.
• Excellent communication and storytelling abilities.
• Comfortable engaging with C-level executives and supporting decision-making.
