Manage workflow, priorities, deadlines, quality control, and on-time delivery
Monitor team productivity, performance metrics, and customer satisfaction
Review work and identify opportunities to improve processes and efficiency
Help troubleshoot customer and internal issues and provide product guidance
Work with Sales, Customer Support, and other teams to resolve issues and improve the customer experience
Help with staffing, scheduling, training, coaching, and team development
Analyze reporting and performance data to identify problems and opportunities
Stay current with digital marketing platforms, technology, and best practices
Gradually take on more responsibility for team leadership and department operations

Requirements

2+ years of experience in digital marketing, web services, marketing operations, or a related field
Strong working knowledge of SEO, SEM/PPC, websites, analytics, and digital marketing
Experience with tools such as Google Ads, Microsoft Ads, Meta, GA4, Looker Studio, and SEMrush
Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills
Ability to manage priorities and deadlines in a fast-paced environment
Strong communication and teamwork skills
Self-motivated, accountable, and eager to learn
Ready to grow into a larger leadership role

Team lead, supervisory, or informal leadership experience
Experience training or mentoring others
